本文以重庆市经贸中等专业学校“茶叶生产与加工”专业建设实践为例,结合当前中职教育实际情况,分析了茶叶生产与加工专业的前景及特点,从开展行业需求调研、加大硬件设施投入、打造双师型教师队伍、开发校本教材、引入“三融合小班师徒制”教学模式、发挥竞赛推动作用、加强校企合作服务学生就业等方面阐述如何建设茶叶生产与加工专业。
Taking the practice of Chongqing Economic and Trade Secondary School “tea production and processing ” specialty as an example, the paper analyzes the prospects and characteristics of tea production and processing specialty combined with the current situation of secondary vocational education. From the investigation of industry demand, Investment in hardware, construction of double-qualified teachers, development of school-based teaching materials, the introduction of “three integration of small class mentoring system” teaching mode, play to promote the role of competition, and strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises to provide services for students, how to build tea production and processing profession.
