民航飞行学员的体育课程与体能训练中缺少对平衡感觉器官的系统化、科学化训练及评价手段。该研究通过选取和总结影响平衡感觉器官特别是飞行员前庭耐力素质的训练方法,制订相应评价手段和教学训练组织形式,应用于教学实践与教学实验中。教学实验证明:经过前庭耐力训练的飞行学员无论其神经系统还是运动系统,都在一定程度上提高了对于多旋转、高负荷的前庭刺激耐受程度。但测试结果仍不能满足民用航空飞行任务对飞行员前庭对受力的考核标准,在实际教学中应采用灵活多变的训练方法提高飞行学员在专项关键素质上的能力,通过加大练习的密度、强度与针对性,建设和引进相关训练器械,逐步提升民航飞行学员飞行职业特殊素质。
Civil aviation flight students lack of systematic and scientific training and evaluation methods for balanced sense organs in physical education curriculum and physical training. By selecting and summarizing the training methods that affect the balance of sensory organs, especially the vestibular endurance ability of pilots, the study formulates the corresponding evaluation methods and teaching training organization forms, which are applied to teaching practice and teaching experiment. Teaching experiments show that: after training in vestibular endurance trainees regardless of their nervous system or motor system, to a certain extent, increased multi-rotation, high-load vestibular stimulation tolerance. However, the test results still can not meet the test standard of pilots vestibule for civil aviation missions. In practice, the flexible training methods should be adopted to improve the ability of flight trainees on key special qualities. By increasing the density of practice, Strength and pertinence, construction and introduction of relevant training equipment, and gradually improve the special qualities of civil aviation flight students in flight.
