最近,我們設計了8×8公尺水力清砂室。我們是考虑用120大气压的高压水来清理鑄件的,清砂室的数据如圖中表內所列。水力清砂室分3个部分,即清砂室、高压水泵室和砂再生工部。这里仅介紹清砂室部分。清砂室、斗子、泥漿池等都考虑用鋼筋混凝土結构。清砂室的內部墙上膠有5公厘厚的橡皮作为保护层,室的内部面积为8×8公尺,门高与寬都为6公尺。清砂室为貫通的。大门开閉可操縱附裝在門上的液压缸,兩端大門开閉的操縱机構是分开的。清理的鑄件用带电纜的廻轉电动平车运进室內(工作时电纜上面应有保护罩,也可临时盖上)。廻轉电动平车,目前我们根据所清理鑄件的最大重量选用了载重50吨或150吨的。廻轉电动平车的廻转速度
Recently, we designed a 8 × 8 meter hydraulic sand chamber. We are considering using 120 atmospheres of high pressure water to clean the castings, sand chamber data as shown in the table.
