我院用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎29例30眼获得较好的效果,现初步报告如下: 手术方法及术后处理1.术前准备,麻醉,皮肤切口,皮下组织分离,骨膜切开以及泪囊的分离等同一般泪囊鼻腔吻合手术。2.用自制泪囊鼻腔吻合电钻开窗。钻头的位置是以泪前嵴为中心,方向朝向内下方,深达鼻粘膜后,用扩孔钻头或咬骨钳稍微扩大之,使其成为10×10mm或10×12mm的近似方形或长方形的骨孔,有4例做了8×8mm的小骨窗。在钻孔的过程中,应滴入生理盐水,以降低局部温度。3,工
