采用数值模拟计算和靶试验证的方式,用防护系数表征研究同等厚度的AZ(Zr O_2增韧Al_2O_3)陶瓷和Si C陶瓷制作的陶瓷复合板抗7.62 mm穿燃弹的性能。结果表明:同等厚度的AZ抗弹陶瓷和Si C陶瓷制作的陶瓷复合板抗7.62 mm穿燃弹的性能相当,用等厚度的Si C陶瓷代替AZ抗弹陶瓷制作的陶瓷复合板能减轻质量20%以上。
By means of numerical simulation and target test, the protection coefficient was used to characterize the performance of anti-7.62 mm bomb fired by AZ (ZrO_2 toughened Al_2O_3) ceramic and Si C ceramic with the same thickness. The results show that the ceramic composite plate made of the same thickness of AZ anti-elastic ceramic and Si C ceramic has the same performance as the anti-7.62 mm wear elastic bomb, and the ceramic composite plate made of the same thickness of Si C ceramic instead of AZ anti-elastic ceramic can reduce the mass 20 %the above.
