不完全性左束支传导阻滞是心电图诊断中的一个难题。我们曾观察到一例由正常心电图演变为完全性左束支传导阻滞的过程中,出现暂时性的不完全性左束支传导阻滞,从而获得了明确的不完全性左束支传导阻滞图形,特报道如下: 李××,男性,62岁,因冠心病,心绞痛于1982年2月18日入院,心电图号2626。从附图可见:1982年2月20日心电图示:导Ⅰ、avl以及V_5呈qR型,V_1呈rS型,V_3呈Rs型,QRS时限为0.06秒,属正常心电图。3月4日因胸闷加重,于上午9时和11时分别作心电图检查。9时心电图示:导联Ⅰ、aVL和V_5上的q波消失呈R型,Ⅲ呈
