目前在医院药房中自行配制葡萄糖和氯化鈉等输液比较普遍,尤其是像我們处于边远的工矿区,对这类用量多、体积大的输液,在購买、运輸等方面都存在很多困难,因而自行制备,就很必要。配制这类注射液的經驗,在本刊上已有过多次介紹。关于在过滤的装置方面,我們觉得像1958年10月号本刊上高恩銘同志的“介紹简单实用过滤大量注射液的方法”一文里所介绍的裝置,在装置手續方面以及产品的产量质量等方面都是比較理想的,据了解現在有不少医院都采用和该法类似的过滥裝置,我們根据在实际工作中的体会,用上述裝置的原理进行了改裝,觉得使用得很得手,故特介紹。我們的方法是(一)不用三个大貯液瓶而是用
