华语奠基了中华民族的五千年文明史。而古时华语对世界文明进步的贡献主要有赖于当时先进的中国实践哲学的科学精神和人文主义。尤其中国政治、科技及综合国力鼎盛的隋唐时期 ,华语所显示的人文意识 ,使汉语学处于世界领先地位。然而近代以来科技教育及经济的落后制约了华语发展。但是 ,当今中国的改革开放、科教兴国战略指引下的综合国力的加强提示人们 :未来华语再度崛起的必然性和加强华语教育意识的必要性
Chinese laid the founding of the Chinese nation five thousand years of civilization history. The contribution of ancient Chinese to the progress of world civilization depended mainly on the scientific spirit and humanism of the advanced Chinese practice philosophy. In particular, in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, where the Chinese politics, science and technology and comprehensive national strength were flourishing, the humanistic awareness demonstrated in Chinese made Chinese language a leading position in the world. However, since the modern times, science and technology education and economic backwardness restricted the development of Chinese. However, today’s reform and opening up in China and the strengthening of overall national strength under the guidance of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education suggest: the inevitability of the resurgence of Chinese in the future and the necessity of strengthening Chinese education awareness
