目的 探讨在经皮有限撬拨复位的基础上运用动力型外固定器治疗桡骨远端“ C”型骨折的方法 和疗效.方法 65例桡骨远端C型骨折病例采取经皮有限撬拨复位,桡腕关节外固定器动力性生物学固定. 结果 术后随访9~26个月,按改良Shea评分标准优良率达84.6%.结论 应用经皮撬拨动复位动力外固定治疗桡骨远端C型骨折,真正实现了桡骨远端的精确解剖重建和生物学的加压稳定,合理解决了固定和早期锻炼的矛盾.“,”Objective To study the method and the clinical effects of percutaneous poking and dynamic biological fixation in the treatment of the type C fracture of the distal radius according to AO classification. Methods 65 cases of type c fracture of the distal radius were treated by percutaneous poking and dynamic biological fixation by radius-wrist joint external fixator. Results All the pau0016tients were followed-up regularly for 9-26 months and evaluated according to the Shea scoring standard, 84.6% of the patients were assessed as excellent. Conclusions percutaneous poking and dynamic biological fixation which is different from the traditional closed reduction. The dynamic external fixator solves the contradiction of fixation and mobilization during the early healing phrase of the type C distal radius fracture to some extent. The combinative use of percutaneous poking and dynamic external fixator provide good condition for the bone healing and the functional recovery of the jonit.
