发展文化产业,目前已经上升到国家战略高度。完善文化产业培育机制,是实现文化产业繁荣发展的重要前提。本文以系统要素为主线,通过对文化产业系统的建构、要素解析,进一步对文化产业的系统要素进行梯度配置,从而确立不同要素在产业发展格局中的地位和作用,为健全产业培育机制奠定科学的基础和依据,以期为文化产业发展战略的制定提供可靠的借鉴。
