目的 :探讨力竭游泳对大鼠海马突触体内游离钙浓度的影响。方法 :Fura -2荧光法测游离钙浓度。结果 :力竭游泳大鼠海马突触体内游离钙浓度显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :力竭游泳可致海马内钙稳态失衡
Objective: To investigate the effect of exhaustive swimming on intracellular free calcium concentrations in rat hippocampal synapse. Method: Fura - 2 fluorescence method to measure free calcium concentration. Results: The concentration of free calcium in hippocampal synaptosome was significantly increased in exhausted swimming rats (P <0.05). Conclusion: exhaustive swimming can cause imbalance of calcium homeostasis in hippocampus
