在加工润滑件和液压件中,经常遇到小直径深孔挤压加工问题。采取压光加工的目的是保证孔的精度,提高表面光洁度,另外还可提高孔的表面层显微硬度,从而提高孔的耐磨性和延长另件使用寿命。压光是决定孔的加工质量的最后一道关键性工序。因此压刀各部分几何形状的设计和本身的加工质量对孔的加工质量具有决定性的意义。
In the processing of lubricants and hydraulic parts, often encounter small diameter deep hole extrusion processing problems. The purpose of calendering is to ensure the accuracy of the hole and improve the surface finish. In addition, the micro-hardness of the surface layer of the hole can be increased, so as to improve the wear resistance of the hole and prolong the service life of the other parts.
