我厂是渤海化工集团总公司下属的一个拥有万名职工的大型企业,厂内社区内是汉沽区最大的一个行政街,下辖15个居委会,18个居民点,拥有居民住户7339户,居民21959人,占全区总人口13.7％。由于特殊的地理布局,加之片大人多居住分散等因素,给我们的结核病发现、预防和管理工作带来一定的难度,从1991年起我们对控制结核病的工作加强了领导,完善了防疫措施,每年对重点人群进行健康普查,从1991年至1994年我们共计对30956人次进行了及时的健康普查,共发现确诊20名结核病患者,占社区人口的0.09％。并及时的进行了管理,为保证和控制社区人
