采用烧杯中培育稻苗,进行室内大批量饲养灰飞虱(Laodelphax striatellus Fallén)试验,并在水稻3叶期接入携带条纹叶枯病(RSV)病毒的灰飞虱,应用ELISA技术快速检测灰飞虱的传毒率。结果表明,田间调查鉴定结果为高抗的34份水稻材料中,通过ELISA方法检测出有4份材料感RSV,分别是Y11、Y20、Y28和Y6-3,其带毒率分别为4.55%、15.38%、3.57%和3.23%。烧杯法饲养灰飞虱易控制饲养条件,在既定时间内能得到大量所需龄期的试虫,并可节省饲虫成本,还可较细致地观察灰飞虱的生活习性。
Rice plants were cultured in a beaker to carry out large-scale indoor Laodelphax striatellus Fallén experiment. The planthopper (SBPH) carrying Laodelphax striatellus (L.) Fertility rate of planthoppers. The results showed that among the 34 rice materials with high resistance to field investigation, RSV detected by ELISA was Y11, Y20, Y28 and Y6-3 with 4.55% 15.38%, 3.57% and 3.23%. Bees feeding litter size control feeding conditions easily, in a given time to get a large number of the desired age of insects, insects and insects can save costs, but also a more detailed observation of the life habits of planthopper.
