The neuromuscular junction (NMJ),a peripheral synaptic connection between motoneurons and skeletal muscle fibers,controls movement.Dysregulation of NMJs has been implicated in various motor disorders.Because of their large size and easy accessibil-ity,NMJs have been extensively investigated in the neuroscience field and have greatly contributed to our understanding of the fundamental principles of synapses in the central nervous system.Researchers have tried multiple ways to develop models to recreate NMJs.Rapid progress in the research and development of tissue-like organoids has made it possible to produce human NMJ three-dimensional (3D) models in vitro,providing an additional powerful strategy to study NMJs.Here,we introduce the most recent advances of human embryonic stem cell-or induced pluripotent stem cell-derived organoids to model 3D NMJs.

史学是否是科学,是史学史的百年论题.文艺复兴使史学摆脱经院束缚,转向“人”的研究.启蒙哲学推导人类社会规则,史学冠以理性主义与科学性.19世纪历史主义方法论提倡档案考据,主张历史具体而非普适性.20世纪之际史学借鉴社会科学方法论,趋于科学化.后现代承继人文主义,赋予史学主观性与叙事质性.后现代之后,史学界正视史学的社会科学属性,肯定其真实性、客观性和规律性.如同现代国家与理性主义、科学主义合流,形成社会科学诞生的历史基础;后现代后之失序与重建,促使哲学、人类学、历史本体论回归,亦使社会科学史学研究回归.
针对滚动轴承退化信号的非平稳、非线性特点以及全寿命退化状态难以有效识别的问题,提出一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)和长短时记忆神经网络(LSTM)相结合的滚动轴承退化状态识别方法.该方法首先采用麻雀搜索算法(SSA)对VMD的两个参数(模态分量个数和惩罚因子)进行优化;然后将滚动轴承振动信号分解成若干个本征模态函数(IMF),再根据皮尔逊相关系数选择VMD分解得到的敏感IMF分量,对其 重构后进行特征提取;最后将多维退化特征输入LSTM模型训练,建立退化状态模型.实验结果表明该方法能够准确识别轴承的退化状态

三江源生态移民家长教育参与过程受主客观多重因素的影响.基于生境理论从生态移民家长的教育参与意识、参与能力与参与行为三个维度的现实困境进行分析.通过对该地的调查研究发现,生计方式、文化不适及知识和价值观的断层是导致当前生态移民家长教育参与意愿淡泊、参与能力不足与参与行为被动的主要原因.为此,应充分发挥网络媒介平台作用,加强生态移民家长教育参与意识;遵循“他者性”的教育理论,弥补生态移民家长教育参与能力;完善政策制定和法律规范,规范生态移民家长教育参与行为.以破解三江源生态移民家长教育参与的困境,为促进三江源
