采用简单廉价的硬件设备组装了毛细管电泳装置,实现了扫描伏安电化学检测。DF-86A型伏安仪以三电极体系为检测池提供扫描电压,伏安仪的输出通过电压放大器与自制的A/D卡相连, A/D卡插入 286型微机。采用相对复杂的软件(以 BORLAND C++编程)完成数据采集、三维数据提取、电泳图显示和打印。用该系统检测肾上腺素、异丙嗪和氯丙嗪混合物获得了满意的结果。
