采用简单廉价的硬件设备组装了毛细管电泳装置，实现了扫描伏安电化学检测。ＤＦ－８６Ａ型伏安仪以三电极体系为检测池提供扫描电压，伏安仪的输出通过电压放大器与自制的Ａ／Ｄ卡相连， Ａ／Ｄ卡插入 ２８６型微机。采用相对复杂的软件（以 ＢＯＲＬＡＮＤ Ｃ＋＋编程）完成数据采集、三维数据提取、电泳图显示和打印。用该系统检测肾上腺素、异丙嗪和氯丙嗪混合物获得了满意的结果。
