根据长江上游流域来水特性、枢纽的运行特点,从水库汛前消落、汛限水位动态化、汛末蓄水及实时调度等4个方面进行了分析研究,提出了三峡水利枢纽正常运行期内各阶段水库的优化调度方式。研究表明,与现阶段相比,三峡水库的后期运用尚有较大的优化空间,优化调度方式有助于三峡水库在防洪、发电、航运、供水等方面取得明显效益,有助于三峡工程社会效益及经济效益的充分发挥。
