国内外关于不同地域亚洲棉遗传多样性是否存在较大差异尚无详细报道。本研究对来源于印度、越南和中国(贵州,广西和云南等省)不同地域的102份亚洲棉进行了SSR遗传多样性分析。研究结果显示,26对SSR引物共检测到103条多态性条带,平均每对引物扩增出约3.96条多态性片段;SSR引物组合平均多态性信息含量、基因多样性指数和Shannon信息指数分别为0.59、0.283 5和0.436 1;不同地域的亚洲棉遗传多样性程度不同;UPGMA聚类分析和主成分分析结果基本一致,102份亚洲棉可以聚类到三个组,来源于云南的滇亚16号与其他种质遗传距离较远,单独归为一个组。研究结果表明,亚洲棉具有丰富的遗传多样性,不同地域的亚洲棉遗传多样性不同。
At home and abroad on different regions of Asia cotton genetic diversity there is a big difference there is no detailed report. In this study, 102 Asian cotton from different regions of India, Vietnam and China (Guizhou, Guangxi and Yunnan provinces) were analyzed for SSR genetic diversity. The results showed that a total of 103 polymorphic bands were detected by 26 SSR primers and an average of 3.96 polymorphic fragments were amplified by each primer pair. The mean polymorphism information content, SSR index and Shannon The information index was 0.59,0.283 5 and 0.436 1 respectively. The genetic diversity of Asian cotton was different in different regions. The results of UPGMA cluster analysis and principal component analysis were basically identical. 102 Asian cottons could be clustered into three groups, which were from Yunnan Of Yunnan 16 on the 16th and other germplasm genetic distance farther, classified as a group. The results show that Asian cotton is rich in genetic diversity, genetic diversity in different regions of Asia is different.
