On October 10, the “Measures for the Management of the Acquisition and Distribution of Human Organs in China (Trial)” (Draft for Comment) (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) was discussed and approved by the Clinical Application Committee of the Human Organ Transplantation Technology of the Ministry of Health. The new regulations regulate the acquisition of organs. Organ transplantation hospitals in the future will need to be allocated by the Chinese organ distribution and sharing system. Ministry of Health spokesman Deng Haihua said that the formulation of the Measures follows the principle of fairness, justice and openness.
