本文研究的重点是文学形式与意识形态的关联。有学者认为林译小说对原著的增删改写只触及细枝末节,无伤大体,有的甚至认为林纾的译文改掉了原著的缺点,使之更简练、更清晰。通过对林译《贼史》和原著的文本对比研究,本文发现林纾对原著的改造不只在细枝末节上;《贼史》通过构建副文本改造原著的文本框架,彻底颠覆了原著的风格,把《奥立弗·退斯特》这样一部具有西方流浪汉小说风格的作品译成了中国传统的稗官野史,把原著的虚构变成了写实。对文本框架的改造不仅是对小说形式与风格的改造,更是对原著思想观念的改造。
The emphasis of this paper is the connection between literary form and ideology. Some scholars think that novels of Lin’s translation of the original additions, deletions and rewriting touch only minutiae, harmlessness, and some even think that Lin Shu’s translation has removed the shortcomings of the original, making it more concise and clearer. By comparing the literary translation of Lin Zeng and the original text, this paper finds that Lin Shu’s transformation of the original is not only in minutiae, but also rebuilds the style of the original by constructing the textual framework of the original text A work with Oliver Twist, a style of Western wandering novel, has been translated into Chinese traditional barbarian official history, turning the original fiction into reality. The reform of the text frame is not only the transformation of the form and style of the novel, but also the transformation of the original ideas and concepts.
