用免疫组织化学方法观察到雄性大鼠颌下腺有非常丰富的表皮生长因子(EGF)样免疫活性物质.并且主要位于导管细胞中。颌下腺摘除使血清尤其是胃液EGF水平显著降低,直至手术后第28天仍然维持在较低水平。利用颌下腺摘除术清除内源性EGF后,冰乙酸涂抹造成的慢性实验性胃溃疡愈合速度较假手术大鼠明显减慢,而补充相应剂量的外源性EGF可使颌下腺摘除大鼠的溃疡愈合速度恢复到与假手术组相当的水平。上述结果显示,颌下腺及其分泌的EGF对大鼠胃粘膜损伤的自然愈合可能具有重要的生理意义。
Immunohistochemical staining of the submandibular glands in male rats was observed to be a very abundant epidermal growth factor (EGF) -like immunoreactive substance and mainly localized in ductal cells. Submandibular gland ablation significantly decreased serum EGF levels, especially gastric juice, until the 28th day after operation, and remained at a low level. After removing endogenous EGF by submandibular gland extirpation, the healing rate of chronic experimental gastric ulcer caused by glacial acetic acid smear was significantly slower than that of sham-operated rats, while the exogenous EGF supplemented with the corresponding dose could heal the ulcer in rats after submandibular gland ablation Speed returned to the level of the sham group. The above results show that submandibular glands and their secreted EGF may have important physiological significance in the natural healing of gastric mucosal injury in rats.
