责任心是日常生活中的常见概念,也是伦理学、教育学和心理学等领域研究的重点。责任心是一种积极的人格特质,既是个体发展的重要变量,也是社会稳定和谐的重要因素,它的多重作用吸引了众多研究者从不同的视角展开深入的研究。国内外学者对责任感的内涵、心理结构及其一些相关研究做了大量的探讨,取得了一定的成果,这为进一步研究责任感提供了理论基础和研究方法,但仍存在有待后续研究的内容:责任心理和行为总是发生在特定情境之下的,因此有必要从新的角度,如基于责任情境开发更为合理的责任心理模型,并编制相应的量表;拓宽责任情境中责任感及其他因素的探讨,深入研究责任的作用机制;对在匿名性的网络环境下个人对责任事件持有的责任认识、责任情感以及采取相应的责任行为研究非常必要,有必要进而深入探讨影响个人网络责任心的个性品质和环境因素等;在研究方法上,当前研究方法单一且主观性强,很少使用行为观察与神经影像学等的研究手段;因此需运用整合的方法、多元化的研究方法探讨责任心理结构及其作用机制,进而指导实践活动。
