我公司1台德国利勃海尔产LTM1 160型汽车起重机停车后,操作人员将支腿缸伸出撑地使轮胎悬空。仅2h后,由于一桥、二桥左侧悬挂缸活塞杆不能被锁住,导致轮胎落到地面上。该机底盘为专用的液压悬挂底盘,悬挂液压系统主要由液压泵1、溢流阀2、过滤器3、悬挂缸(4、5、6、7、8、9、11、12、13、14、15、16)、悬挂缸锁紧装置(17、18、19、20、21、22)、蓄能器(23、24、25、26、27、28)等组成,如图1所示。起重机在凹凸变化的路面上行驶时,各悬挂缸可以自行调整,车体能基本保持平稳。当操纵该起重机支腿缸撑地后,车轮与地面仍有接触。为使轮胎离开地面不受压,须将悬挂缸活塞杆收回并锁住。从附图分析可知,悬挂缸4、11支承一桥,5、12支承二桥,6、13支承三桥,7、14支承四桥,8、15支承五桥,9、16支承六桥。锁紧装置17控制悬挂缸11、12有杆腔,锁紧装置22控制悬挂缸
