他一直认为,作为企业家应该想国家之所想、急国家之所急,勇于担当,积极发挥作用作为新一届全国人大代表,黑龙江省盛兴集团董事长杨孝义是2009年全国五一劳动奖章获得者和2010年全国劳动模范,同时也是中国个体劳动者协会副会长。杨孝义第一次以全国人大代表的身份走进人民大会堂,在行使权力、建言献策时不忘为个私企业发声,呼吁进一步放宽和扩大市场准入领域和范围,加快个体私营经济发展步伐。
