作者对4个医疗中心的102例慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)进行了无亲缘关系供髓的骨髓移植(BMT)治疗报告。病人中数年龄31岁(4.5—51岁),54例为首次CML慢性期,32例为进展期,9例急变期,7例为第二次慢性期。44例病人与供髓的HLA匹配,58例HLA不匹配,所有病人以大剂量CTX与分隔式全身照射(FTBI)联合使用作为BMT前准备。44例病人输注Tc缺乏的供髓作为辅助BMT前准备,58例病人用药物预防急性移植物抗宿主病(AGVHD),其中5例单用长疗程MTX,33例用短疗程MTX和环孢菌素,8例用长疗程MTX、ATG和强的松,12例用短疗程MTX、环孢菌素和强的松。
The authors report on unrelated donor bone marrow transplantation (BMT) in 102 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) at four medical centers. The median age was 31 years (4.5-51 years), 54 were first-episode CML, 32 were advanced, 9 were acute, and 7 were the second. Forty-four patients were HLA-matched for the marrow and 58 HLA-mismatched patients. All patients were given high-dose CTX combined with split-whole-body irradiation (FTBI) as a pre-BMT preparation. Forty-four patients were infused with Tc-deficient donor marrow to aid in BMT preparation and 58 patients were used to prevent acute graft-versus-host disease (AGVHD), 5 of which were long-course MTX alone and 33 were treated with short-course MTX and cyclosporine Mycotoxins, 8 with long course of MTX, ATG and prednisone, 12 with short course of MTX, cyclosporine and prednisone.
