为了控制电磁铸造过程中金属液面的稳定性 ,借助于激光测量传感器研究了低熔点伍德合金在 2 5 0 0Hz交变电磁场作用下液面波动情况及液面形状。试验发现 ,在电磁场作用下沿金属液面半径方向各点的波动规律相似 ,当金属液面与感应线圈上平面平齐 ,并且施加适当功率的电磁场时 ,能获得更好的液面形状 ,并使液面波动更平缓。
In order to control the stability of metal surface during the process of electromagnetic casting, the fluctuation of liquid surface and the shape of the liquid surface under the action of alternating magnetic field of 2 500 Hz with low melting point were studied by means of laser measuring sensor. The experimental results show that the fluctuation of the liquid metal along the radial direction of the metal surface is similar under the action of electromagnetic field. When the metal liquid level is flush with the upper surface of the induction coil and an electromagnetic field of suitable power is applied, a better liquid surface shape can be obtained. Make the liquid surface more smooth.
