随着全民学习、终身学习的推进,“培训”作为时间短、见效快的培养模式受到社会、企业、个人的肯定和追捧。可是什么样的培训模式才能满足社会需求?什么样的组织形式才能有助于实现培训效果的最大化?什么样的培训内容最能迎合待训者的口味?这些问题都是急待落实的问题。本文在大量调研的基础上,对培训重新分类;通过对“培”与“训”两阶段特点的分析,确定了培训是“培”与“训”缺一不可,相辅相成的。
With the promotion of all-people learning and lifelong learning, “training ” has been affirmed and sought after by the society, enterprises and individuals as a short training time and a quick training model. But what kind of training model can meet the needs of society? What kind of organizational form can help to maximize the effectiveness of training? What kind of training content to best meet the tastes of the trainee? These are urgent issues to be implemented . Based on a large amount of research, the paper reclassifies the training. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the two stages of “Pei ” and “Training ”, it is determined that the training is both “Pei” and “Training” , Complement each other.
