针对淬火温度控制系统的温控精度低的问题,基于单片机设计了一个由温度采集与显示模块、加热电路、控制电路组成的淬火温度控制系统。该系统能够对淬火炉内的温度进行测量及显示,并通过控制电路实现淬火炉内的温度保持在给定值,其控制精度在±1 K。所设计的淬火温度控制系统满足较高控制精度的设计要求,对提高淬火工艺有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the problem of low temperature control precision of quenching temperature control system, a quenching temperature control system composed of temperature acquisition and display module, heating circuit and control circuit was designed based on single chip microcomputer. The system is able to measure and display the temperature inside the quench furnace and control the temperature inside the quench furnace at a given value with a control accuracy of ± 1 K. The designed quenching temperature control system to meet the design requirements of higher control accuracy, to improve the quenching process has some practical value.
