小学教育教学管理是小学阶段工作的重点,作为教育者,我们的教学管理不仅仅是让学生按照既有的规章制度生活、学习,更重要的是育人。学校管理的一切源头是人,即领导、教师、学生,所以要从这三个方面入手,齐抓共管,努力创建一套科学有效的教学管理体系,打造优质而有特色的品牌学校。
Primary education Teaching management is the focus of primary school work, as educators, our teaching management is not just to allow students to live according to the existing rules and regulations, learning, more importantly, education.
