为了提供临床应用山楂的实验依据,采用100%山楂注射液0.1ml给小鼠皮下注射,证实山楂射液对小鼠胸腺及脾重量、血清溶菌酶含量、血清血凝抗体滴度、T淋巴细胞转化率及T淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)细胞百分率均有明显增高作用。山楂注射液对小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫均有促进作用。
In order to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of hawthorn, subcutaneous injection of 100% hawthorn injection 0.1ml into mice confirmed the effects of hawthorn radish on mouse thymus and spleen weight, serum lysozyme content, serum hemagglutination antibody titer, and T lymphocyte. The cell transformation rate and the percentage of T-lymphocyte acidic α-naphthylacetatease (ANAE) cells were significantly increased. Hawthorn injection can promote both humoral and cellular immunity in mice.
