两汉军功的赏赐制度是建立在秦朝历史发展结果的基础上,虽然秦朝的历史结束,但较完善的国家律例、制度和文化被西汉延续了下来。汉室成立后,刘邦的军功奖励政策促进了吏爵的发展,由于当时国家对卖爵位的政策支持,出现买卖爵位泛滥的现象,经过演变,最终形成吏爵与民爵并行的爵位制度,使两汉的军功赏赐制度逐渐趋于系统化。
The system of rewards for the military achievements in the Han Dynasty was based on the historical results of the Qin dynasty. Although the history of the Qin dynasty ended, the more complete national laws, systems and cultures were sustained by the Western Han Dynasty. After the founding of the Han court, Liu Bang’s military rewards policy promoted the development of the Grand Duke. Due to the state’s policy support for selling the title at the time, there was a phenomenon that the purchase and sale of titles became rampant. After the evolution, Liu Bang eventually became the leader of the Grand Duke and the Grand Duke. The Han military rewards system gradually tends to be systematic.
