针对热管空气预热器在非设计工况下运行会出现低温腐蚀、超温失效及烟风阻力过大等问题,提出了一种定量分析热管安全性的方法。通过计算热管空气预热器变工况运行时排烟温度的变化来评价换热器的运行情况,进行了变工况校核热力计算,推导出预测和计算排烟温度的模型,利用模型可以分析入口烟温、燃料量和过量空气系数对热管换热器工作性能的影响程度。该方法为热管空气预热器的合理设计和安全经济运行提供了参考。
Aiming at the problems such as low temperature corrosion, over-temperature failure and excessive resistance to smoke wind when the heat pipe air preheater is operating under non-design conditions, a method for quantitatively analyzing the heat pipe safety is proposed. By calculating the change of exhaust gas temperature when the heat pipe air preheater is operating under different working conditions, the heat exchanger performance is evaluated, and the thermodynamic calculation of variable conditions is carried out. The model of predicting and calculating exhaust gas temperature is deduced. The effects of inlet flue gas temperature, fuel quantity and excess air ratio on the performance of heat pipe heat exchanger were analyzed. The method provides a reference for the reasonable design of heat pipe air preheater and its safe and economical operation.
