中国宣布上调汽油和柴油价格之后,国际基准原油期货价格6月19日下跌4美元。但就中国而言,交易员应当小心:至少在短期内,转向自由市场燃料价格事实上可能产生与直觉相反的后果。中国政府6月19日将政府管制的汽油和柴油价格上调17%～18%,目的是减轻一些炼油商的经济负担:炼油商必须按国际价格购买原油,却不能以市场价格出售成品油。
After China announced a raise in gasoline and diesel prices, the international benchmark crude oil futures contract fell $ 4 on June 19. But for China, traders should be careful: at least in the short term, the move to free-market fuel prices can in fact have the opposite effect of intuition. The Chinese government raised the prices of government-controlled gasoline and diesel by 17% ~ 18% on June 19 to reduce the economic burden on some refiners: refiners must buy crude oil at international prices but can not sell refined oil at market prices.
