作者观察了47名铁缺乏症儿童血清促甲状腺素含量及64名尿17—酮类固醇排量在肌注右旋糖酐铁治疗前后的动态变化,并分别与32名及28名正常对照组者作了比较。结果显示:铁缺乏症各期儿童上述两项指标均值均高于对照组者,治疗后恢复正常,治疗前后数值统计学上有显著差异;各期间改变程度无差异。结果说明,铁缺乏时出现促甲状腺素及肾上腺皮质激素的代谢紊乱,这种紊乱与缺铁本身有关,与因缺铁而引起的贫血无关。
The authors observed the serum thyrotropin levels in 47 children with iron deficiency and the dynamic changes of 64 urinary 17-ketosteroid levels before and after intramuscular iron dextran treatment and compared them to 32 and 28 normal controls, respectively . The results showed that the mean of the above two indexes in children with iron deficiency was higher than those in the control group, returned to normal after treatment, and there was significant difference between before and after treatment. There was no difference in the degree of change between the two groups. The results showed that iron deficiency occurs when thyroid-stimulating hormone and adrenocorticotropic hormone metabolism disorder, which is related to iron deficiency itself, and has nothing to do with anemia caused by iron deficiency.
