要提高我国国家治理能力,实现我国国家治理能力的现代化要靠众多方面的因素来支撑,需要我国各项事业都作出积极的努力来实现这一宏伟蓝图,其中法制现代化是首要因素,它是实现其他各项事业发展完善的基础,所以进一步提高我国法制建设发展,实现法制现代化就要更以加强我国依法治国为首要内容的社会主义法治理念的进一步完善。法制建设的内容是多方面的,本文单就民事诉讼法制建设方面的发展问题做一粗浅的分析。
To improve our country’s ability to govern and to modernize our country’s ability to govern rely on many factors to support it. All our undertakings need to make every effort to achieve this ambitious blueprint. The modernization of the legal system is the primary factor in achieving modernization. Therefore, to further improve the development of China’s legal system and realize the modernization of the legal system, we must further improve the socialist concept of the rule of law with a view to strengthening the principle of governing the country according to law in our country. The content of legal system construction is multifaceted. This article only makes a superficial analysis on the development of civil procedure legal system.
