开展形体教学是高校体育教学改革中的一种新态势,高职院校体育的教学任务既要注重学生的身体健康,在训练中逐渐让学生养成终身锻炼的意识,还要注重学生内在心理的需要,不断满足高职学生对自身外在形象气质的要求,高职的学生大多处于青春发育期,他们在当今社会对于外在形象非常在意,体育课上在满足学生锻炼身体的需要后,加强形体训练的内容学生是非常感兴趣的,这样不仅锻炼了身体,而且提高学生形象气质是两全齐美的做法。本文就高职体育教学中的形体教学提出自己的一点看法。
