北京大观园宾馆 大观园宾馆位于北京宣武区南菜园,东南与大观园毗连。占地1.5公顷,南北向约150米,东西向100～120米,建筑面积约3万平方米,东、南两面与大观园相互渗透。 从城市环境设计考虑,无论是建筑风格,或是总体布局,都要求与大观园连成一体。大观园是园林式布局,其中大都是单层中国古建筑,因而,宾馆的高度,规定控制在二至三层,只能局部四层,间以单层。建筑高度从西北角逐渐向东南角跌落,与大观园接壤处为单层建筑,使二者融为一体。 总体布局上分成三个部份。中路安排公共厅堂:人口门廊、大堂、门厅酒吧、中西餐厅、茶厅、风味餐厅、健身房、健身浴室、游泳池、理发美容等,以及二层的宴会厅和会议厅。客房分南北两区,约400间。北区是一般客房和三间供伤残人用的客房近200间。南区面向大观园,景观较好,除一般单间客房外,布置有豪华五间套,陈设以贾母套房为主题。三间套两套,分别以宝玉套间和黛玉套间为陈设的中心内容。其余约为20％的双间套,可以单、双互换,灵活使用。地下层除了职工用房以及各种机房外,还设有舞厅和8个球道的保龄球房、台球房等,它们一端与客房相连,另一端设有单独的出入口。地下停车库可容纳50辆车。 建筑形式,采用简化了的仿古手法,客房部份以卷棚歇山为母题。整个群体的
Daguanyuan Hotel, Beijing Daguanyuan Hotel is located in Nancai Park, Xuanwu District, Beijing, and is adjacent to the Grand View Garden in the southeast. It covers an area of 1.5 hectares, about 150 meters from the north to the south, 100 to 120 meters from the east to the west, and a building area of about 30,000 square meters. The eastern and southern sides penetrate into the Grand View Garden. From the perspective of urban environmental design, whether it is architectural style or overall layout, it is required to integrate with the Grand View Garden. The Grand View Garden is a garden-like layout. Most of them are single-storey Chinese ancient buildings.
