自70年代初期起,我省已广泛采用5500~7500kgf/cm~2的冷拨低碳钢丝制作小型预制构件,全省构件厂年产混凝土150万 m~3,80%以上为冷拔丝配筋,以每立方米混凝土冷拔丝用量为40kg 计算,全省每年约需使用冷拔低碳钢丝4.8万 t。但这种冷拔低碳钢丝延伸率低,δ_(100)仅1~3%(平均为2.3%),不能满足延性要求,质量也很不稳定,用它制作的构件在偶然超载或冲击荷载
Since the early 1970s, our province has widely used 5,500 to 7,500 kgf/cm2 of cold-draw, low-carbon steel wire to make small-scale prefabricated components. The province’s component plant has an annual output of 1.5 million m3, and more than 80% of it is cold-drawing reinforcement. The calculation of the amount of cold wire drawing per cubic meter of concrete is 40kg. About 48,000 tons of cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire is used in the province each year. However, this cold-drawing low-carbon steel wire has a low elongation, δ_(100) is only 1 to 3% (average of 2.3%), can not meet the ductility requirements, the quality is also very unstable, and components made with it are accidentally overloaded or impact loads.
