目的:分析喉癌Bcl-2基因表达及其与放疗敏感性的相互关系。方法:采用抗Bcl-2基因蛋白单克隆抗体,采用免疫组织化学DACOCSASystem法染色技术,对73例喉鳞癌组织标本进行分析研究。通过χ2检验判定喉癌放疗敏感组与放疗非敏感组间的Bcl-2基因表达具有明显差异。通过Cramer(修正)列联系数(C)进行检验,说明喉癌放疗敏感性与Bcl-2基因表达强度间有明显相关性。结果:可将Bcl-2基因表达分为强度表达,中度表达及阴性表达。基因表达与放疗敏感性间有明显相关性(P<0.01)。随表达增强喉癌放疗敏感性相应降低。结论:可以把喉癌Bcl-2基因表达作为喉癌放射治疗预后判定的可靠指标之一,并作为临床医生选择治疗方案的参考指标。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between Bcl-2 gene expression and radiosensitivity in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: Using anti-Bcl-2 monoclonal antibody, immunohistochemistry DACOCSASystem staining technique was used to analyze 73 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. By χ2 test to determine the radiotherapy of laryngeal sensitive group and non-radiosensitive Bcl-2 gene expression between the significant differences. By Cramer (Correction) column coefficient (C) test, indicating the radiosensitivity of laryngeal cancer and Bcl-2 gene expression intensity between the significant correlation. Results: Bcl-2 gene expression can be divided into intensity expression, moderate expression and negative expression. There was a significant correlation between gene expression and radiosensitivity (P <0.01). With the expression of enhanced sensitivity of laryngeal cancer, a corresponding reduction. Conclusion: Bcl-2 gene expression in laryngeal cancer can be used as a reliable indicator of the prognosis of laryngeal cancer radiotherapy and as a reference index for clinicians to choose the treatment plan.
