观察高压氧(HBO)实验性治疗后对大鼠急性胰腺炎血浆血栓素A2和前列环素的影响。实验分对照组、急性胰腺炎组(AP)和急性胰腺炎高压氧治疗组(AP+HBO)。采用十二指肠闭袢法制作急性胰腺炎模型。结果:与对照组比较,急性胰腺炎模型后3小时和6小时血浆TXB2和6-K-PGF1a水平明显升高(P<0.01),出现TXB2和6-K-PGF1a比率的变化,HBO治疗对急性胰腺炎血浆TXB2水平的升高有明显的抑制,而对6-K-PGF1a水平的升高只有轻微的抑制。提示:增加6-K-PGF1a的水平,有改善胰腺微循环、减轻胰腺腺泡细胞损害的作用。
To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on thromboxane A2 and prostacyclin in rats with acute pancreatitis after experimental treatment. Experimental control group, acute pancreatitis group (AP) and acute pancreatitis hyperbaric oxygen therapy group (AP + HBO). Acute pancreatitis model was made by duodenal closure. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1a in the acute pancreatitis model were significantly increased 3 and 6 hours after the acute pancreatitis model (P <0.01), and the changes of the ratio of TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1a appeared. Treatment of acute pancreatitis in plasma TXB2 levels were significantly inhibited, while the 6-K-PGF1a level increased only slightly inhibited. Tip: Increased 6-K-PGF1a levels, improve pancreatic microcirculation, reduce pancreatic acinar cell damage.
