一、排长队伍中存在的问题1、事业心和献身精神不够强。目前,绝大多数排长经过各种军事院校培训,有一定的文化素养和专业技能,但由于受军校文化的熏陶,将部队过份理想化,存在一种眼高手低,好高鹜远的现象。当一切发展顺利时,他们干得如鱼得水,一旦受到挫折就怨天忧人,甚至一蹶不振。有些同志在任职3年内能认真工作,尽职尽责,3年一过就开始走下坡路,没有得到提拔就躺倒不干。有少数排长当组织考虑使用时,坚决表示不要提拔,熬到30岁就转业回地方。这些说明,事业心和献身国防事业的精神在一些同志中还没有牢固树立起来,没有找到理
