锣鼓声声辞旧岁,唢呐高奏迎新年。在这举国欢庆我国社会主义建设取得了新的伟大成就,迎接1994年新的一年到来的时候,我通过《农村科学实验》代表全省广大科技工作者,并以吉林省科协的名义,向战斗在农业第一线的乡镇企业职工、农民、知识分子、干部及各行各业的同志、朋友问一声:“新年好!” 农业是国民经济的基础,任何时候都要高度重视农业。我国是发展中国家,工业基础水平与发达国家相比还有不小的差距。缩短这个差距要作许多艰苦的努力,其中很重要的一条,就是要继续大力发展农业,促进农业现代化的早日实现,为其它事业的发展打下良好的基础。
