变电所大部分建筑物为砖混结构 ,其混凝土屋面板与砖砌墙体的膨胀性不同 ,当温差较大、砖砌墙体强度较差时易产生温差裂缝。预防温差裂缝一是减少温差 ,如设置良好的隔热层、隔热板 ,改良反辐射层 ,防止檐板、圈梁外露等。二是在屋盖下设置圈梁 ,增加构造柱 ,提高接近屋盖砖砌墙体的水泥沙浆标号 ,以提高墙体的抗剪强度 ,减少裂缝的发生
