德育是学校实施素质教育的重要组成部分。它贯穿于学校教育教学的全过程和学生日常生活的各个方面,渗透在智育、体育、美育和劳动教育中。对青少年学生健康成长和学校工作起着导向、动力和保证的作用。班主任在日常生活中和学生接触最多,是学生效仿、学习的直接对象,班主任的一言一行,都会给学生留下深刻的印象,对学生的思想、行为产生潜移默化的作用。德育教育工作,是班主任工作的基本内容,也是班主任工作的重要保证。
Moral education is an important part of implementing quality education in schools. It runs through all aspects of school education and teaching and daily life of students, infiltrated in intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education. The healthy growth of young students and school work plays a guiding role, motivation and assurance. Class teacher in daily life and students in most contact, is to follow the example of students, learning a direct object, the teacher’s words and deeds, will give students a deep impression on the students thoughts and behavior have a subtle effect. Moral education is the basic content of the class teacher’s work, but also an important guarantee for class teacher’s work.
