砷以多种价态存在于水溶液中,不同价态的砷的生态效应各不相同,常用的一些测砷方法通常测定的是总砷,而不是不同价态的砷。本文利用As(Ⅲ)-KI-孔雀绿形成三元缔合物显色体系,引入前向人工神经网络算法,对孔雀绿光度法予以改进,建立了同时测定As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的方法。
Arsenic is present in aqueous solutions in various valence states. The ecological effects of arsenic at different valence states vary. Some commonly used arsenic determination methods generally measure total arsenic rather than arsenic of different valence states.
