近几年形势报告会在高校已成为教育的一种形式,并逐渐常态化,但也存在一些问题。为了使形势报告会真正发挥育人作用,应该厘清形势报告会所具有的教育属性：即政治思想属性、知识素养属性、精神文化属性。应该努力使它达到较高的理想境界：即思想境界、知识境界、艺术境界、情感境界。
