目的:探讨研究案例教学法在外科护理教学中的应用与效果。方法:2011级护理专业二年级学生两个班共72人。分为实验组与对照组,其中,实验组采用案例教学法,对照组仍以传统教学为主。课程结束后,采用理论考试与操作考核法评估学生学习效果,并调查实验组学生的教学满意度。结果:实验组学生的理论考试与操作技能成绩均明显高于对照组,实验组学生对案例教学方法满意度较高。结论:在外科护理学的教学中,引入案例分析法能够增加学生的学习兴趣,同时达到较好的学习效果,锻炼提高了学生理论与实践方面的双重能力。
Objective: To explore the application and effect of case teaching in surgical nursing teaching. Methods: The second-grade nursing students in 2011 were 72 in two classes. Divided into experimental group and control group, of which, the experimental group using case teaching method, the control group is still based on traditional teaching. After the course was over, the theoretical test and operational assessment method were used to assess the effect of the students ’learning, and the experimental group students’ teaching satisfaction was investigated. Results: The scores of theoretical examination and operation skills of experimental group students were significantly higher than those of control group. The experimental group students were more satisfied with the case teaching methods. Conclusion: In the teaching of surgical nursing, the introduction of case analysis can increase students ’interest in learning and at the same time achieve better learning results. Exercise enhances students’ double ability in theory and practice.
