为探讨植物生长调节剂对水稻抗逆性及产量的影响,通过在水稻分蘖期叶面喷施3%分裂素·烯效乳油。测定水稻叶片中SOD、CAT、POD三种保护酶活性以及总糖、还原糖含量的变化。结果表明:水稻分蘖期喷施3%分裂素·烯效乳油可有效的增加水稻叶片中三种保护酶及还原糖的含量,能够使水稻叶片可溶性总糖含量在短时间内迅速升高。3%分裂素·烯效乳油100 m L·hm~(-2)对于三种保护酶和还原糖、总糖含量的提高效果较好。
In order to investigate the effect of plant growth regulators on stress resistance and yield of rice, 3% mitogen-ene-EC was sprayed on the foliage of rice at tillering stage. Determination of SOD, CAT, POD in rice leaf activity of three kinds of protective enzymes and total sugar, reducing sugar content changes. The results showed that the spraying of 3% mitogen-ene-EC at the tillering stage could effectively increase the contents of three protective enzymes and reducing sugars in rice leaves, and increase the total soluble sugar content in rice leaves rapidly in a short time. 3% mitogens · ECOL 100 m L · hm -2 For the three kinds of protective enzymes and reducing sugars, the total sugar content was better.
