目的:了解氯氮平与氯丙嗪对患者心率及心肌缺血的影响,并对猝死机理作初步探讨。方法:应用动态心电图(DCG)对服用氯氮平或氯丙嗪的患者作连续观察并进行对照研究,均常规胸前导联,记录24小时总心跳次数(THB)、最低心率、心跳次数的日内变化、缺血时间。结果:氯丙嗪组的THB、最低心率及缺血时间均显著高于氯氮平组,用回归分析发现,缺血时间与年龄、平均最大剂量与服药时间的积、服药品种有关。结论:氯丙嗪对心电图的影响大于氯氮平。对年龄较大、服药时间较长的病人应加强心电图监测,必要时做DCG检查
Objective: To understand the clozapine and chlorpromazine in patients with heart rate and myocardial ischemia, and the mechanism of sudden death for a preliminary study. Methods: Continuous ambulatory electrocardiography (DCG) was performed on patients taking clozapine or chlorpromazine, and the control study was conducted. All patients underwent routine chest lead recordings with total heart rate (THB), minimum heart rate, and heart rate Intraday changes, ischemic time. Results: The THB, minimum heart rate and ischemic time of chlorpromazine group were significantly higher than those of clozapine group. Regression analysis showed that the time and the age of ischemia, the average maximum dose and the time of taking the product and medication were related.
