建立煤矿局部通风用对旋式通风机叶轮叶片的三维几何模型及计算叶片振动的数学模型,采用有限元仿真方法完成叶轮叶片的振动模态分析,获得不同振型下的振动频率;建立对旋式通风机整机三维几何模型,采用有限体积法完成叶片周围气流压力脉动特性的分析,提取了压力脉动在时域及频域范围内的分布。数值研究方法对对旋式通风机叶片的强度校核及气动噪声控制具有重要参考价值。
The three-dimensional geometric model and the mathematical model of the blade vibration of the impeller of a ventilator for local ventilation in a coal mine are established. The vibration modal analysis of the impeller blades is completed by using the finite element simulation method, and the vibration frequency under different modes is obtained. In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the pressure pulsation characteristics around the blade, and the distribution of pressure pulsations in the time and frequency domains is extracted. The numerical method is of great value to the strength checking and aerodynamic noise control of the impeller.
